The United Way of Caroline County has given millions of dollars over more than 40 years to support the human services needs of the Caroline County community.
Our giving focuses on the following areas:

Hunger and food insecurity,

Health and mental health,

Services for seniors, elder care, and end of life,

Housing and homelessness, and

Safety from domestic violence and sexual assault
In all our giving, we seek to increase equitable access to services and improved outcomes for people of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and genders.
APPLY FOR FUNDING
The United Way of Caroline County conducts one annual grant cycle, typically in the spring. If your organization is interested in receiving an application when they are released, please fill out our funding interest form.
To be eligible for United Way funding, your organization must:

Be a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations in good standing. We do not provide grants to individuals, including scholarships.

Have a demonstrable presence and service delivery in Caroline County.

Provide services in one or more of the human service focus areas listed above.

Be prepared to complete the application, including providing financial information, demonstrating impact and efficacy of services, and addressing how your organization is working to improve equitable access to your services.
